the end of a mentoring session. Our mentors are encouraged to read a book with
their students or to interact with the students through reading games and

Dolch word list. Knowledge of these frequently used words is a crucial part the
ability to read fluently.

ages. There is even a page of printable worksheets and games just for second graders.

for helping struggling readers. It also has book lists sorted by interest which
can be very helpful in sparking interest in reading.
