Accepting Visual Arts Applications | Feb 10 - March 6, 2020

Application Guidelines:
 
Before completing the visual arts application, you must read the Top Talent Rules and RegulationsAll contestants must sign a waiver and return it by email to Toptalent@ocps.net. Your teacher must submit your artwork by March 6, 2019 to one of the appropriate links below:  
 
Visual Arts Requirements:
  • Theme-“Best Of”
  • 2D and 3D works of art welcome
  • Please consider your audience when submitting artwork
  • Your teacher will need to upload your high resolution image of your artwork (300 dpi or higher) to the appropriate link below:
  • If you are a finalist you must be in attendance for the April 25th Top Talent event
  • You are required to provide a high resolution image of yourself (300 dpi or higher) to toptalent@ocps.net 
  • File should be named in the following format:
    Student Name (first and last)_title of the work_school_teacher name - Example: SusanSmith_Daisy_HillcrestES_Robbinson
     
  • Teachers complete application and upload artwork for student by March 6, 2020.
  • Parents complete, sign and email waiver for their child by March 6, 2020 to toptalent@ocps.net.
     
  • Finalists' names and artwork will be posted on our website April 1, 2020. 
  • Submit a high resolution photo of yourself to toptalent@ocps.net.
