Application Guidelines:

 

Before completing the visual arts application, you must read the Top Talent Rules and Regulations.  All contestants must sign a waiver and return it by email to Toptalent@ocps.net. Your teacher must submit your artwork by February 19, 2021 to one of the appropriate links below:  

 

Visual Arts Requirements:

• Theme-“Best Of”
• 2D and 3D works of art welcome
• Please consider your audience when submitting artwork
• Your teacher will need to upload your high resolution image of your artwork (300 dpi or higher) to the appropriate link below:
• If you are a finalist you will be interviewed on your artwork and that recording will be aired on our virtual "live" event, May 7, 2021.
• Please send a high resolution image of yourself (300 dpi or higher) to toptalent@ocps.net

• Elementary School Visual Arts (3-5):

• File should be named in the following format:
  Student Name (first and last)_title of the work_school_teacher name - Example: SusanSmith_Daisy_HillcrestES_Robbinson
   
• ​Teachers complete application and upload artwork for student by February 19, 2021.

• Parents complete, sign and email waiver for their child by February 19, 2021 to toptalent@ocps.net.
   
• Finalists' names and artwork will be posted on our website March 6, 2021. ​

• Submit a high resolution photo of yourself to toptalent@ocps.net.
