The Foundation for OCPS - Edgewater High Student Government

Edgewater High School's Student Government Association (SGA) serves as an organization in which student ideas can be brought to fruition. EHS's SGA is part of a larger organization known as the Florida Association of Student Councils. FASC consists of over 200 middle and high schools from throughout the State of Florida who are working together to bring about: 1) growth in student leadership; 2) participation in student activities; and 3) student engagement in civic affairs. Involvement in SGA will develop a student's leadership skills, responsibility, and personal growth all while promoting the idea of a representative democracy.

Contributions to the Edgewater SGA Fund can be made at any time to and will be tax deductible. The Fund can receive gifts via cash, check (payable to FOCPS) or credit card, in one payment or multiple installments throughout the school year. Checks should be mailed to the Foundation for Orange County Public Schools, 445 West Amelia Street, Orlando, FL. 32801. In the memo section, place Edgewater SGA.

The Edgewater SGA Fund maintains a separate account at the Foundation for Orange County Public Schools available only to Edgewater SGA projects. It will be tax deductible as a contribution to a 501(c)(3) organization with transparency and full disclosure.
