Malcolm Family Fund

The Malcolm family more than ever needs the support of our community. The mother and her two children were involved in a horrific accident in Orlando which claimed the life of the precious three-year-old son, Amir, and the seven-year-old son Ayden, an Orca first grade student at MetroWest Elementary. The mother, Shandy, has undergone emergency surgeries and has a long way to full recovery. The motto at MetroWest is we are a family, and the community support to the Malcolm’s during this difficult time is crucial. Each donation, small or big, will be a valuable contribution to the funeral expenses for their sons and to the medical treatment not covered by insurance.

If you want to help, please make a gift to the Malcolm Family Fund. You may give online using the form below. If you prefer to give by check, please make it payable to "Foundation for OCPS," write  Malcolm Family Fund in the memo section, and mail it to the Foundation for OCPS, 445 West Amelia Street, Orlando, FL 32801.

PLEASE NOTE: Since all contributions will be distributed to the family, gifts are not considered tax deductible.  They will, however, mean a great deal to the family.
