Orange County’s Top Talent

Orange County's Top Talent is a county-wide talent show featuring singing, dancing, instrumental and dramatic performances.  All acts are comprised of students and faculty of Orange County Public Schools.

General Admission Tickets:
  • FREE PARKING for OC Top Talent guests will be  available in the West Concourse Building parking lot. Click for Parking Diagram (includes handicap spaces)
  • Paid meter parking is available in front of the West Concourse facing International Drive.
A percentage of the events proceeds go back to schools through teacher grants supporting visual and performing arts.

Main Event Judges

Ericka Dunlap

Ericka Dunlap captured a part of history by breaking the color barrier and becoming the first Black woman to be crowned Miss Florida in the 68 year history of the pageant. After being crowned Miss America 2004, Dunlap traveled over 25,000 miles a month serving as a keynote speaker and good-will ambassador to corporations, universities and communities across America. Currently, Ms. Dunlap continues to juggle many hats as Principal of Crown Communication Group, a Public Relations and Entertainment consulting firm. Chris Kirkpatrick

Chris Kirkpatrick is credited as the one who put together and started *NSYNC, whose albums*NSYNC and No Strings Attached each sold over 10 million copies earning them the prestigious RIAA Diamond Award for both albums. Through The Chris Kirkpatrick Foundation, Chris continues the work he began with *NSYNC’s Challenge for the Children Foundation raising over $5 million for children’s charities. The work of the foundation allows him to share his successes and dreams with young people while making a contribution to change lives one dream at a time.


Dario J. Moore

Dario J. Moore is the founder and artistic director of Moore Dance Project, Central Florida's first and only African-American professional dance ensemble. Moore also co-founded The Center for Contemporary Dance ( and has served as its Artistic Director since 2001. Named Seminole County’s Artist of the Year (2006) and honored for excellence in arts education by the Florida Alliance for Arts Education (2011), Moore's work has been supported and recognized multiple times by the National Endowment for the Arts.

Melissa Radley-McConnell

Melissa Radley-McConnell is President and Co/Owner of Book It Inc, an entertainment company located in Orlando, and produces shows worldwide for corporate events, including The Blues Brothers, Rock Art Live, Modern Broadway, and many more. She has worked as an actress at Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles, as well as at Universal Studios here in Orlando.  She has done many national commercials and has traveled the world performing in various shows.

A 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner will be chosen by a panel of judges. Each act identifies a school when registering to receive the cash prize if chosen as a winner.
1st Place: $1,000 for the school's arts program, a traveling trophy displayed at the school, and a $500 gift card
2nd Place:  $750 for the school's arts program and a $250 gift card
3rd Place:  $500 for the school's arts program and a $100 gift card
Fan Favorite:  $150 gift card

Event Filming by Orlando Tech
Students from the Digital Video Production program at Orlando Tech will be filming the auditions on March 8 and the live talent show May 10.
The Digital Video Production program at Orlando Tech offers intensive hands-on experience with state of the art high definition cameras and top industry software. Students graduate with resumes that indicate real job experience. Orlando Tech offers a program unlike any other school in the area at a much lower cost. Orlando Tech is an Apple Authorized Training Center for Education (AATCE). This means qualified instructors teach the entire Apple Final Cut Pro X package. Orlando Tech is the only AATCE in Central Florida and one of three in the entire state of Florida.
