Read2Succeed
Our coordinators and teachers are essential to the success of the Read2Succeed program. Without you, the students who need assistance from a mentor would not be identified. Our goal is to streamline the registration process and to provide you with all the necessary information and materials to make this program work for you and for your students.
There are two main components to Read2Succeed.

Read2Succeed Traditional Program. This program is geared toward second graders who need assistance with reading fluency. Mentors work with a pair of students 30-45 minutes one day per week.

Read2Succeed UCF/ESOL Program. This program pairs UCF students enrolled in the TSOL class with ELL students in Kindergarten through 5th grade. They work together to improve literacy and language skills.
