Instructional Technology and Library Media Fund

The Instructional Technology and Library Media (ITLM) team would like to raise funds in order to help our students and media centers across OCPS. Through our various projects and reading challenges, the ITLM team promotes reading, a positive and inclusive environment in our media centers, and the collaborative use of technology to explore a growth mindset for students and teachers.

Current Project

Orange County Public Schools is improving proficiency and narrowing the achievement gap with the implementation of the Summer Reading Challenge. The purpose of the challenge is to motivate children to read for pleasure and to ensure that students maintain their reading skills during summer vacation. The Summer Reading Challenge encourages students to read and log their minutes electronically using the Beanstack application.
